  • OFFICER NOMINATIONS- Officer Nominations for the offices of Elder and Deacon will be received the entire month of August. Nomination forms will be in the church entryway or can be requested through the church office.
  • PRAYER OPPORTUNITIES- Sunday Afternoon Revival Prayer- From 3:30 to 5:30 PM in the Adult ED. Building of Lakemont, join families of the Church as we pray for revival! Monday Morning Prayer- At 10:45 AM, Join the staff in prayer every Monday morning at the Church, M.E.N.- At 8:30 AM Men are invited every Saturday to come to the church for breakfast and prayer, First Monday Prayer- Meets at Lakemont on August 2nd from 7:00 to 8:00 PM. Join us as we pray for our church and country! Missions Prayer- Monday, August 9th at 7:00 PM at the home of William and Jenkie Hatcher, join us as we pray for missions in Augusta, in America and missions all over the world.
  • CHURCH LEADERSHIP MEETINGS- The Deacons will meet on Thursday August 12th at 6:30 PM at the Church, The Session will meet on Thursday, August 19th at 6:30 PM at the Church, There will be a WIC Council Meeting at the Home of Heather Burns at 10:00 AM on August 21st, Brunch is provided.
  • THE SACRAMENT OF THE LORD’S SUPPER- We will observe this Sacrament on Sunday, August 15th at both AM Services. Please join us as we celebrate what the Lord has done and Rejoice!
  • AGAPE MINISTRY OPPORTUNITY- Join us on Saturday August 21st as we serve the people of Augusts. We will meet at St. Paul’s Missionary Baptist Church at 9:00 AM and we will finish up around 1:00 PM. Contact Krystal Lyon at the Church if you have questions.
  • SCRIPTURE MEMORY CELEBRATION- Join us at Lakemont on Sunday August 29th from 4:30 to 7:00 PM. There will be fun water slides and a pizza dinner. The students that have participated in the Scripture memory program this summer will recite to us what they have learned and will have a chance to earn points that can be redeemed for prizes!
